Elite ABA Services is owned by Dr. Brandon May in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a doctoral level board-certified behavior analyst. Dr. May currently works as a Behavior Analyst at Washington University, St. Louis, as the Director of the Early Strides Clinic. He also works as a BCBA-D at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, creating and leading innovative programs for children with disabilities through the use of ABA. Additionally, Dr. May studied under and currently works with the prestigious Mark Dixon- creator of the Peak Program- one of the most research supported curricula in behavior analysis. Dr. May has many publications including but not limited to the study of using ABA to promote physical fitness, PEAK, and more. He has been interviewed on several National podcasts and news stations. He has spoken and presented at many national conferences on ABA. He has also participated in several ECHOs and Missouri Board Committees reviewing behavior plans and advising how to improve them to get optimal results.

Looking for a more personal touch? Dr. May doesn’t just have the professional and educational expertise to guide you toward meeting your ABA goals. His eldest son was diagnosed with autism at 13 months of age around 2011- a time when autism had not yet been heavily studied and resources were a rarity. He saw, firsthand, how important it is to advocate for your loved one whether it is for services, a better behavior plan, or stronger IEP. Through perseverance, diligent networking, and hard work, he was able to get his son intense Monday through Friday 8-5pm services including ABA, speech therapy, social therapy, music/art therapy, Occupational Therapy, and more. At the age of 3- his son said his first word (thanks to many wonderful therapists). When his son started Kindergarten- he was in special one-on-one classes 90% of the day. In 5th grade, his son was in special classes/therapy for 35% of his day. Today (2021)- his son is almost 13 years old and is about to drop his IEP. He is in advanced math courses and maintains excellent grades in his regular peer classes. Through ABA- his son developed language, learned to handle his behavioral issues, eliminated all stimming, and has developed the social skills needed to maintain a few close friends. None of this would have been possible if teachers, parents, guardians, therapists, hospitals, and communities didn’t work together to change his life. It takes a village and we will diligently to ensure all parts of your village are working together to change your child’s life. We will work directly with other therapists, teachers, school districts, hospitals, and whomever you need to be sure you are getting the best results for your child. Maybe you have a BCBA and want us to take a look at how to better their current program? Maybe you need us to speak to your current therapists, or doctors to see how we can change their support programs? We can do this and more!

We know the difficulties parents, teachers, schools, and hospitals face when trying to get the best services for the ones they care about. The emotional, physical, and mental strain can be overwhelming. This has never just been a “job” for Elite ABA or any of our employees. We take great pride in offering innovative, efficient, and effective ABA services that will get results- not because you are just another “client”- but because we have personally lived our lives knowing how it feels to be alone in these situations and knowing we can make the difference you need.
